Play Passions Concierge Service
Play Passions Concierge is our destination delivery service. The service makes it easy to purchase your adult toys, accessories and apparel on-line and have them delivered to your destination in time for your arrival.
If you are traveling to a destination in the United States, Canada* or Mexico*, our service can have your order delivered to your hotel or resort. If the country you are traveling to isn't listed, send us a message with the details of your destination, and we'll let you know if our service can deliver there.
How Play Passions Concierge works:
- Go shopping at Play Passions!
- When you are ready to check out, be sure to enter the address of your destination as the Ship To address. Include the name of the resort or hotel. Also include a telephone number where you can be reached during your trip.
- In the comments section of your order, type in "Concierge Order"
- Order your products at least 10 days in advance of your arrival to destinations in the Continental U.S.
- Order your products at least 14 days in advance of your arrival to destinations in Canada and Mexico.
That's it! Play Passions Concierge will take care of making sure your products are ready for you when you arrive at your destination. Your order is shipped in a plain box with no special markings.
Getting your products back home:
Save the box that your products were delivered in! When you are ready to depart and head home, simply re-pack your items in the box that they arrived in. Your hotel or resort will have the shipping forms you need to send the box back to your address, and will handle the shipper's pick up service.
If you are unsure if your hotel or resort can handle shipping your item home, call the property to verify.
