The cream (and by cream, Shunga really means gel) comes in a small black bottle, which is packaged in a Shunga box. While the box and enclosed literature are full of laughable innuendos, overall the packaging and presentation is nice. The cream is meant to increase blood circulation to your clit, therefore increasing sensitivity. Just a warning: it smells strongly like mint. Secret Garden contains both glycerin and parabens, so if you're sensitive to either of those I would advise against using it.
