How to shop and manage your account at Play Passions

Placing your order at Play Passions

Placing an order with Play Passions is quick and easy. New customers can check out and create an account at the same time; or they can complete their order without creating an account. Once you have an account, you'll be able you to:

  • Shop and check out faster on your next visit
  • Check your order status online
  • Obtain a history of items you've purchased
  • Receive updates on special offers, events, and new products and services
  • Retain items in your Cart and Wish List

1. Add Items to Your Cart
To shop at Play Passions, just locate an item you'd like to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. These buttons are usually found beside featured products, on product pages, and search results pages. Clicking this button places the item in your Cart. Each time you click "Add to Cart," the page will refresh and display your Cart, as well as previous additions, items of interest, and links to "Continue Shopping" and "Proceed to Checkout."

2. View Entire Cart
The Cart displays all the items you have selected and lets you make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the number of items you'd like to buy; move items to and from your Wish List, or remove items from your Cart. It also provides a subtotal - before any shipping charges and taxes are applied - for your purchase. Once you're comfortable with the items in your Cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

NOTE: If you sign in to your account but do not complete an order, the items you place in your Cart will remain there for two weeks. You can come back within that time frame, click the Cart link at the top of most pages on the site, and complete your order. If you do not have an account, your items will not be saved after the end of your shopping session.

3. Proceed to Checkout
All customers are taken to our Checkout page, where returning customers can sign in to their accounts and new customers can complete their orders. Click the Checkout button under the New Customers heading. You will be able to create an account during this process. If you wish, you may also complete your order without creating an account.

4. Enter a Billing Address
We'll ask you to provide a billing address for the order you are placing and ask for your email address so we can send you updates on its order status. You can also select whether to have your order shipped to your billing address or a different address. Once you enter this information, click the "Continue" button.

5. Enter a Shipping Address - If different from Billing Address
We'll ask you to provide a shipping address for the order you are placing. Once you enter this information, click the "Continue" button.

6. Choose a Shipping Method
Here you select how you would like to have your order shipped. Several convenient shipping options are available. Once you have selected a shipping option, click the "Continue" button.

7. Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. Credit and debit card transactions are processed through a secure, PCI compliant processing system. For your security, we do not store any card information on our servers.

Pay with PayPal
We accept PayPal. PayPal is the safer, simpler, smarter way to pay online. A PayPal account is not required and you can pay using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit or debit card, bank account or PayPal balance. PayPal doesn't share your financial details with sellers and provides industry-leading fraud protection.

NOTE: that your online purchase will appear on your credit card statement under the name AP Partners. If you should have any problems with your order, you can contact Play Passions for a prompt resolution at customercare@playpassions.com. Your orders will be accepted, fulfilled in and shipped from the United States.

8. Reviewing and Placing Your Order
You're almost done! On the Review page you'll find a summary of your order, including the final cost. Before you submit your order, you'll also have the chance to change any of the shipping or payment information you've entered thus far, or add more products to your order. When you are ready, click "Place Order" to complete the ordering process.

9. Your Order Number
Finally, we display a page with your order number, which you can save for your records; a link to "View Your Receipt," which will provide a printable version of all the details of your order; and a "Sign Out" button. Shortly after this page displays, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

Returning Customer Checkout

If you've shopped at Play Passions before and have an account, Checkout lets you store default shipping and billing information and place orders quickly. For example: If you have set your default information, you will only have to look over the Shipping and Review pages before placing most orders.

Viewing Orders

To view your orders, log in to your account. Click the "My Account" link at the top right of the page, and enter your email address and password. Once logged in to My Dashboard, select "My Orders" from the left-side navigation. You will be able to view the details of your orders.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, log in to your account. Click the "My Account" link at the top right of the page, and enter your email address and password. Once logged in to My Dashboard, select "Account Information" from left-side navigation.
