For sanitary/hygienic purposes and the intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to: vibrators and dildos, douche/enema kits, anal toys, beads and plugs, cock and ball devices, cock rings and cock sleeves, gags and ropes, masturbators, harnesses, clothing and cosmetics. Lubricants, lotions, oils, powders, condoms and paints are also not returnable.

Defective Items

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will replace or credit for defective items only (or for any shipping errors made by us).

  • All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective products please request a Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, use our Contact Form. Complete the form and include your original order number, which products you wish to return, and the reason for your return. You will receive further instructions on how to return your defective item.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or credit.
  • Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or credit.
  • Obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.

Returning of unwanted items

  • Returns are not allowed for: change of mind, unsatisfied with product or product result.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping charges for the unwanted items.

Shipping and/or delivery issues

  • We do not issue refunds for delivery problems caused by shipping carriers. Once a tracking number for an order is issued and leaves our warehouse, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If you should have a delayed or lost order, please contact the appropriate carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) to resolve the problem.
  • Undeliverable Orders: We do not issue refunds of shipping charges for undeliverable orders. If a customer has provided an address with an order that the shipping carrier cannot deliver to for any reason, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
